On the docket for this weekend? Six more Intro to Lit final exams to grade. (That's the agony part.) But the bright side? I also get to see Annabelle perform Antigone--twice!After that? Christmas crafting, Christmas movies, Christmas cookies... you get the picture. :-)

I really wanted to go to Antigone -- I work at the Breakwater after school program and worked along with one of the woman who put it all together -- it looks like it was a great show!
Oh, wow, Lauren--I didn't know you were local. Yes--it has been amazing. They do it again tonight at 6:00 at One Longfellow Square!
Congratulations! I love Antigone!

This photo looks like it could have been taken by Julia Margaret Cameron.
holy dukes, beautiful miss A!!! ROCKING Antigone, of course.
M. i am really looking forward to this week. i have a list as long as santa's of things that i was hoping to do and i very likely will cross almost none of them off. BUT a get together with usually far-away friends today was good and watching my kiddos play "angry birds" with their daddy with gigi sprawled on his lap... well.. there's a little bit of christmas love up in this joint. sending some your way, friend, if i don't catch you this week. Merry, Merry, Merriest Christmas!
Thanks, all.
And E.--one thing on my list is to write you a letter!
pretty
when i was a grader in graduate school, i think grading papers were among the not so fun list! especially, when they had horrible writing!! goodluck with that!

Miss A looks great! I see a brilliant future in drama for her! So what are the Crowe family must-see Christmas movies?
Audra--my favorites are Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas and The Muppet Christmas Carol. Annabelle is a huge fan of The Christmas Carol with Patrick Stewart (and it is VERY good). And the best Rankin/Bass one is, I think, A Year Without Santa Claus.
Hi,nice post. Thanks for sharing your deep thoughts.
